Inspired by the quiet ache and resilience woven through Iris, this original pyrography piece explores fragility, reflection, and the beauty that forms in the cracks.
The guitar-shaped panel becomes both instrument and mirror—its surface fractured, floral, and intentional. Each element was first burned directly into the wood, then selectively brought to life with subtle color, allowing the grain and burn marks to remain present rather than hidden.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece, created slowly and deliberately, where text, symbol, and structure hold equal weight.
