Parrot Tagua Nut Pendant Necklace

Description

This lightweight Tagua Nut Slice Pendant has a Parrot illustration that was burned by hand. It has been brushed with polyurethane for protection. Tagua nut is considered vegetable ivory as it’s the nut of a palm tree but has the same consistency as animal ivory.

The Tagua nut measures 1″ x 1.25″ and is sanded and then burned with the image of a parrot and colored with ink. Hemp is knotted and creates the 18′ chain for this pendant with a clasp.
