Description

The design for the wood-burned Bird Pendant is hand sketched onto the wood teardrop and then burned with a pyrography pen.

My hikes on the trails in the Blue Ridge Parkway or Shenandoah Park often inspire my designs be it a flower, a tree, or something abstract that shapes the design.

How to take care of your Wood-Burned Bird Pendant

When not in use, store your necklace in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Consider using a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

Avoid dropping or roughly handling your necklace to prevent any damage to the delicate laser-cut design or coating. When putting them on or taking them off, handle them gently to preserve their integrity.

Keep your necklace away from harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays, as these can cause discoloration or deterioration of the materials. It’s best to put on your necklace after applying beauty products.

To remove dirt or oils that may accumulate over time, gently wipe your necklace with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or abrasive materials, as they can damage the surface of the necklace.
